Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within FIVE working days from the date of ordering. For orders placed after 1pm, the following day will count as the order date.

Standard delivery is £4.95 on all orders.

Pre-Booked Pallet Delivery
The delivery rate for all products marked as Pre-Booked Pallet Delivery is £4.95 to most of Mainland UK.
Due to delivery cost charged to us by the courier, a surcharge to following areas applies:

Scottish Highlands: £15

The delivery cost for your order will be displayed in the shopping basket. For offshore delivery, including Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, please contact us for a quote.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this time frame we will notify you as soon as possible.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Standard & Pallet delivery is from Monday to Friday.

In most cases it is possible to arrange for delivery on a Saturday, but we do unfortunately have to charge for this service. Costs vary depending on the goods ordered and your location in the UK, but are usually around £20 - £40. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us for details.

Delivery of Aquariums, Stands & Cabinets
Due to the fragile nature of aquariums, you will be asked to inspect your goods for damages or breakage on delivery prior to signing and accepting the delivery. Any external signs of damage to packaging should be investigated further.
In the unlikely event that parts of your delivery are damaged, we would request you inform the delivery person and refuse the delivery. Please inform us immediately so we can arrange for replacement.
As deliveries are fulfilled by a third party we can not offer installation of your aquarium.
Stands and cabinets are delivered flat packed for easy assembly unless otherwise stated in the product description.

For larger aquariums that state “Pre-booked pallet delivery service” in the product description, you will be telephoned by the courier company – Pallet Force – once they have received your order to book in a mutually agreeable day and time slot for delivery. Please note that pallet delivery is to kerbside. The courier will be responsible for offloading your order from the delivery vehicle only. They are not required to have any involvement with lifting and carrying the goods once unloaded. Whilst the delivery person may be willing to assist with the lifting and moving of goods, it is not a requirement of theirs, and should in no way be relied upon.

All other items that are not marked as “Pre-booked pallet delivery service” will be sent via Business Post courier service, and will be delivered to your door at the earliest possible time.

Out of stock
In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will inform you with availability date or offer you a full refund.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours at no charge. Please contact us by phone 01363 818128. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing within this time period. If you request to cancel your order after it has been been received, you have a statutory right to have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Failure to do so may result in action against you. You will be required to return all goods for which you have given notice of cancellation at your expense. Part of your statutory right of care is to ensure that the goods are returned to us without damage. We can arrange collection of cancelled goods provided you agree to cover these costs.

Returns
On arrival: Please do not sign & accept your delivery if there is any indication of damage caused to your goods.

All items with the exception of consumables, are covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee.  If an item supplied by UK Delivered becomes faulty within the guarantee period, we will either repair, provide replacement parts, or replace the entire item as we see fit. Only items where we are unable to replace, and where no suitable alternative can be agreed, will be accepted back for a refund. We will arrange collection of the faulty item at our own cost. If on receipt the item is deemed “not faulty”, a collection charge may be incurred. Locating an aquarium on any base other than the one designed for that purpose will invalidate the guarantee on that tank. Please take your time when choosing your aquarium, and please be aware that return of unwanted goods will be at your expense. As this can be very costly we would ask you to be sure you are ordering the correct item for your needs.

Order On-line – easy and any time
To order on-line, locate the article you would like to purchase, if options are available, please choose from the drop down menu by clicking onto the little arrow options (for example add an equipment set to your choice of aquarium) and click the button “Add to cart”

The article is now in your “Shopping Cart” and you can either continue browsing through our catalogue or proceed to checkout. To go to your “Shopping Cart” you can always click onto “Cart Contents” located at the top right of your screen.

When you check out, you will be asked to fill in your personal information, delivery address and your credit card information. Entering that information is protected by a “Safe connection”.
You will receive a confirmation of your order via email.

Please choose a password – when returning to our shop you can simply log on to your private area by entering your login and password. Once logged on, you can view your orders, change your address etc.

Credit Card Payment on-line
All card transactions are protected by a safe connection and will be processed on a secure server. We accept all major credit cards except American Express.

Accuracy of pricing / information given / pictures
We make every effort to keep our site content correct but don’t guarantee for the accuracy. As prices and stock availability changes without further notice we will inform you notify you immediately in the unlikely event that a price changes after you placed your order or the item is out of stock, and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend the order.
