We aim to deliver all orders within 7 - 14 working days from the date of ordering but generally we fulfill orders as soon as possible. For orders placed after 1pm, the following day will count as the order date.
Standard delivery is £8.99 for small items.
Pallet delivery is charged at £45 for all tanks and goods up to 50Kg
Double Pallet delivery is charged at £90 and this is used for oversized tanks or pre formed ponds where the item is larger than 1.2m in any direction.

If your delivery address is in one of the above post code areas the delivery cost shown in your shopping cart will not apply. We will contact you to advise any additional delivery charge and this must be paid before the order is despatched.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday - Weekend deliveries are possible but at an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss this before you place your order.
Pallet Deliveries and how it works.
We will contact you to advised the despatch date of your order and you will have a window of 5 workings days following despatch to arrange a delivery date. Please let us know your preferred day and a contact number for that day. The driver will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm.
Due to the fragile nature of aquariums please inspect your goods for damages or breakages on delivery prior to signing and accepting the delivery. Any external signs of damage to packaging should be investigated further.
In the unlikely event that parts of your delivery are damaged, we would request you inform the delivery person immediately and refuse the delivery. Please also inform us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.
Please note that pallet delivery is KERBSIDE only. The driver has no responsibility to help you with taking your tank from the pallet to inside your house so please make sure someone is there with you to help take your aquarium inside.
Only on arrival: Please do not sign & accept your delivery if there is any indication of damage caused to your goods.
All items with the exception of consumables, are covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee. If an item supplied by Aquariums Delivered becomes faulty within the guarantee period, we will either repair, provide replacement parts, or replace the entire item as we see fit. Only items where we are unable to replace, and where no suitable alternative can be agreed, will be accepted back for a refund. We will arrange collection of the faulty item at our own cost. If on receipt the item is deemed “not faulty”, a collection charge may be incurred. Locating an aquarium on any base other than the one designed for that purpose will invalidate the guarantee on that tank. You have a statutory right to have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Failure to do so may result in action against you. Part of your statutory right of care is to ensure that the goods are returned to us without damage.
